The FCIC offers three free English classes–two conversation English classes and one English language lesson course–to the CSU and Fort Collins communities. Weekly classes throughout the entire year offer help with language skills, insight into American customs, and a place to share cultural experiences. Classes are open for students and scholars. Monday and Thursday classes are open to men and women. Wednesday classes are open to women only.
Every Wednesday, 10 – 11:30am, begins July 11 with registration
The Fort Collins International Center and Islamic Center of Fort Collins will provide free English lessons Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Mosque. Enjoy learning in the pleasant surroundings while you improve your English.
Classes are open to women from the Mosque and the community. There will be a Registration & Skills Assessment gathering on Wednesday July 11, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Islamic Center. Classes will begin on the following Wednesday.
If the gathering on July 11 is not convenient, you may register online using this link. You may also register prior to any Wednesday morning class.
The flexible learning schedule allows for new participants to join at any time. Instructors are TEFL-certified, with years of experience teaching internationally and domestically.
Classes are not religious based.
