Job Responsibilities
Advises international students and scholars on immigration regulations, employment options, cultural adjustment issues, and academic success strategies. Serves as a Designated School Official for the F-1 student program of the Department of Homeland Security and Alternate Responsible Officer for the Department of State J-1 visa program. Develops outreach and program initiatives across campus and community to further support CSU’s international population.

Studied abroad 1 year in St. Petersburg, Russia. Taught English in Istanbul, Turkey for 5 years. Worked for an international educational non-profit for 6 years, and has done extensive personal travel.
